This townhouse was the perfect location to retreat during the Celtic festival and nap during the rain. We loved, after a full day of festival, enjoying the hotub and the beautiful garden. The location was quiet despite being just a block off the main road. Miguel was very quick to respond when I messaged him.

The location of this rental can’t be beat! An easy walk to great restaurants, and just across the bridge from all that downtown has to offer. Cute little fenced yard was convenient for our pups, and the house had all the basics we needed! Miguel was an amazing host. We booked last minute and he reached out right away to confirm and kept in touch throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed! We wished we could stay longer to take advantage of the great location, but we will definitely be back again!

Review:We had an amazing stay at this Vrbo rental! The house was incredibly clean, spacious, and in the perfect location—just 0.5 miles from downtown St. Augustine. We were able to take an Uber for only 7 each way during the day, which made exploring super convenient. The home had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils to laundry pods for the washing machine. There were also board games, which were a nice touch, and the kids especially loved the pool table! One thing to note: the downstairs bedroom does not have a fan. The house stayed cool enough that it wasn’t an issue for us, but if you prefer it really cold at night, you might want to bring a portable fan.The host was quick to reply and very friendly ! Overall, this place was a 10/10, and we will absolutely be staying here again in the future! Highly recommend!

Yes, my home is conveniently located near many historic and important places, which is why I love sharing it with families and tourists who want to explore St. Augustine. I'm glad for your feedback and will definitely take it into consideration. You're always welcome to stay with me again!.
This was a perfect spot for our family of 5. Our kids are 10, 8 and 6. Cute little neighborhood for walks. Just a block away from a main road with restaurants, etc. Close drive to historic St. Augustine. Our kids loved the ping pong table. One star off because the hot tub was cold when we arrived. We were all so excited to arrive and spend the evening in the hot tub. It was very disappointing. Communication was good with the owner, but it took all night to get almost to the temperature of bathtub water. IMO if you are not charging extra to heat the tub it should be heated upon the arrival of the guests. Overall a good stay, but one of the big draws was the hot tub for us.
Miguel was very responsive. We had everything we needed. The home was perfect- clean, well stocked and convenient to everything.

About the host
Hosted by Miguel Ramirez
Hi, I’m Miguel—a Florida native who has worked and traveled in more than 20 countries. My previous assignment with the Florida National Guard brought me to St. Augustine, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I speak English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and a bit of German, so feel free to message me in whichever language you prefer. Hosting lets me blend my love of organization with genuine hospitality: fast replies, clear instructions, and thoughtful local tips that turn a good trip into a great one.
Why they chose this property
During my Guard assignment I discovered that Anastasia Island offers the best of both worlds: you can stroll over the Bridge of Lions into the 450-year-old Historic District, yet avoid downtown traffic, tight parking, and late-night noise when you return. Within a few blocks you’ll find taco stands, craft-cocktail bars, a Thursday-night silent disco, and a breezy route to the beach. It’s a true “park once and explore” pocket of town—local charm with unbeatable access to every major sight.
What makes this property unique
Bridge-Side Oasis is one of the few homes this close to historic downtown that checks every wish-list box:
• Private six-person hot tub under café lights • Fire-pit lounge, cornhole, and giant Jenga in a fully fenced yard • Indoor game room—pool, ping-pong, darts, and board games for rainy-day fun • Four-car driveway (rare near downtown) plus free street parking • 400 Mbps fiber Wi-Fi and dedicated des for remote work • Pet-friendly with secure outdoor space and starter supplies
Add hotel-grade linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and my insider guidebook, and you have a hassle-free base for families, friend groups, or work-from-anywhere guests eager to experience America’s most historic city.
