This condo is located on an island in 1500 feet above the sea level, the water pressure is not as great as you are probably use to.

Our island electric company provider have sometimes outages, please keep in mind this is not our fault, this is just part of the living on the island. You may not experience them during your stay, but there is a chance. The condo is located in cooler part of the island, so please be mindful in using the AC units as electricity is very expensive on the island.

Please no loud music or parties after 8pm as the complex is mostly occupied with long term residence and the parties are prohibited.

Guest have access to spacious swimming pool, with large entertainment area and amazing ocean views.

The Mountain Top complex offers common space with coin operated 3 washers and 4 dryers.
