Amazing Beachfront Condo in Simpson Bay -Walk Out Beach/Pool

Welcome to St Maarten the Friendly Island where the sunshine, Caribbean beaches and sunsets will keep you coming back for more. This condo steps out from your patio to the beach or the pool where lounge chairs are available for your relaxation. A beautiful swim up pool bar with the Cabana Beach Restaurant is waiting for your vacation to begin.
There is a workout gym on the property, shops for souvenirs and a small deli for groceries and a salon. Enjoy two King bedrooms with full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and views to take your breath away. Our condo is your home away from home in the Caribbean as you discover St Maarten. There is a security gated parking lot and passes will be given at check in. The Royal Palm Hilton Vacation Club is located on Simpson Bay where you can walk to dining, music and shopping. (This unit was previously owned by Van Neuman).

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If using the pullout sofa -strip the bedding and close up please.
Please fold and replace water floats neatly in closet.
Do NOT leave food, condiments, liquor or oils anywhere. Laundry staff will take or housekeeping staff even venders on beach if possible.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
DO NOT leave any products, food, alcohol or condiments in the refrigerator, cabinets, etc. when checking out. Staff will take bagged items.
2. Bath /kitchen towels are NOT exchanged during your stay, resort laundry machines located are down the hall and free.
Please do not sit or place wet bathing suits or towels on beds or furniture inside the condo. Please return clean floats back to closet.

This was a magical vacation and our accommodations could not have been better. Clean, roomy, perfect for our family of 4. Short walk to a small grocery store to stick our fridge. Central location to a number of wonderful restaurants and activities. And best of all, the beach right at our doorstep. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had, very easy process. This was the perfect location for our vacation base. The views of the beach and bay from the living room/kitchen were fantastic, and being on the ground floor made it so easy for our kids to go to and from the beach and pool as much as they'd like. Well-stocked kitchen, we cooked dinner a few nights as well as breakfasts and some lunches, never lacking any equipment. The apartment was spotless on our arrival. Thank you for a great week!

We have stayed at various islands and Mary Ellen and Matthews place is the BEST one. Easy 25 step walk to the beach. This place was the best by far. If we ever get back to this wonderful island I hope we can stay there again. Great condo guys!!!!

Perfect Caribbean vacation

The property was amazing! Inside contained everything we needed. It was pristine and opened to the most beautiful view of the beach and ocean—only eclipsed by the phenomenal sunsets. The host was responsive and knowledgeable. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. It was walking distance to many great restaurants and parking was easy and convenient. Amazing beachfront condo in Hilton Royal Palm

The room was perfect - views opening to the beach, with private porch. Two large bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and within the Hilton Royal palm with a gorgeous beach, free towels and tiki hut umbrellas, and access the the hotel's pool, swimup bar, restaurant, and fitness center. Close to airport (but not too close), close to restaurants and other beaches, not far from casinos and a short drive to the main town of Philipsburg.
