Come stay at our newest 1 bedroom double loft 20 floors in the sky. Not only will you have breathtaking views of Taipei, buy enjoy the convenience of living right above the Blue Line (Bannan) MRT station. This is a special 1 bedroom double loft.

The space
Apartment can accommodate up to 4 people max.

The apartment is in a great location. Downstairs is the MRT with built in grocery store, swimming pool, gazebo, 2 meeting rooms and one library with free wifi in the common areas. There's also a small night market downstairs, an everything store. There's a food court downstairs with local eats and a convenient store in the front and back entrance.

You can also count on having a host that is ready to respond to text and phone calls at most times. Communication and hospitality is definitely our strong points and it is my passion. You should also expect to find an immaculate place with microwave, tea kettle, dish washing liquid, garbage bags. The bathroom will be stocked with toilet tissue and sufficient towels. The beds will be made with quality linens at all times.

MRT located a few stops from Taipei, in New Taipei City, above blue line MRT and easy reach to most of Taipei's landmarks and shopping, located in Banqiao District. This area is frequented by tourist who want a local experience, since this is a residential area. There are many nice restaurants downstairs, there's a small night market and food court downstairs. Many different cafe's and restaurants nearby.

✧We provide pack and play, baby bathtubs, and high chairs. Please inform us of your needs when booking.
✧Kitchen and refrigerator are free to use, but we hope that the cooking method is simple to keep the indoor environment tidy and clean.
✧No cleaning service during the stay, but vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies will be provided. If you want to pay extra for cleaning during the stay, please let us know and book in advance.

Please note: When leaving the room, please turn off lights, A/C and other electrical products to save energy.
Other things to note
Describe the nature of your trip, the guests you're traveling with, relationship, and age groups. Pleas✦ Please check Taiwanese laws regarding short-term rentals before booking, (short term rental is technically illegal), the apartment is in local area please don't mention renting through VRBO while living here. We say you're business associates.

✦ No outside visitors: Don't host or meet local friends and family during your stay, we need to keep the integrity of this community, keeping traffic here to a minimum. (kindly ask if you have any questions)

✦ Our apartment is great place for families, please keep this in mind before booking, no loud or groups.

✦ Describe the nature of your trip, expectations of the place, short introduction and exact number of guests staying.

✦ This is close to $1M USD apt. Our well-to-do neighbors want accountability for what we do, plz don't ask for more than 4 people. It's not suited for packing people in, sneaking extra guests, partying, or using the place to meet local family and friends.
