WE ARE RENTING FOR JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND MARCH 2024!!!

The calculator on here is a bit wonky. We charge $5,500USD per month for January, February, March and December. We charge $4,000USD per month for April, May, June, July, August, September, October and November!

For rentals 90 days or more, cleaning fees, taxes and member transfer fees are included. For rentals 60 days or more, but less than 90, cleaning fees and taxes, but guests are responsible for paying all membership transfer and/or HOA transfer fees.

Unlimited Golf (excluding golf cart rental), pickle ball, tennis and fitness club are available to guests.

Want the privacy and flexibility of your own place but also want the high end amenities of a full on luxury resort? You can have it all in our immaculate third floor (no first floor critters and bugs coming in) unit is tiled, with only area rugs, throughout - excellent for those who are sensitive to dust and mites found in carpeting. The master suite has a king size bed, while a second bedroom has two twin beds.

Our kitchen is well stocked with everything from dishes and cutlery to wine glasses. We have modern stainless steel appliances and offer a large dinette/eat in kitchen area as well as a full sized eat-at bar. The condo has a total of THREE flat panel TVs, iPod/Bluetooth docking stations, alarm clocks, telephone (pay as you go charges apply), cable and high speed Wi-Fi. Everything you need for the MOST relaxing, worry free vacation.

There is a brand new, purchased 2023, full sized washer and dryer in the utility closet. The unit comes with covered parking spot. A neighbourhood pool - 1 of 7 throughout the 730 hectare country club - is located just outside your door. We provide bikes so that you can ditch the car and bike around the lush, expansive club! In case it rains, we have an XBOX gaming system with over 21 games.

Heritage Bay is a luxury, gated community in beautiful Naples, FL., and includes 37,000 sq ft clubhouse, a professional golf course, 7 lighted tennis courts, 9,000 sq ft fitness centre, pool tables, 7 neighbourhood swimming pools and also a huge resort-style main pool and hot tub. Enjoy entertainment, dinner dances, fine dining at the inhouse restaurant and grill room, and cocktails around the main pool.

Our condo is centrally located, just a short drive to Vanderbilt Beach (rated number 4 best beach in the world!), Lowdermilk (our favourite beach), Delnor Wiggins State Park, Bonita Springs Barefoot Beach, and the world famous Mercato area, where you can dine at over 15 notable restaurants and shop at the many upscale retailers. Or just head downtown for a stroll on 5th Avenue or a walk on Naples pier. For guests staying 3 months or more, we will provide you with a pass for free parking at Vanderbilt Beach! This condo is perfectly situated near all grocery and drug stores as well as banks, wine/liquor stores, and many restaurants.

There is a standard cleaning fee of $200 upon your departure. We cover this for guests staying 60 days or more.

Beautiful community!

We have spent many years spending winter break at Heritage Bay. It is a beautiful development with a lot of convenience. Grocery store, drug store, restaurants, etc. right up the road on Immokalee. Close to Naples Zoo and Fun n' Sun lagoon for families with children. Beaches are close too. The unit is very clean and nicely decorated. The owners made themselves available if anything should go wrong (it didn't) and checked in with us. We had a great vacation!

What a jewel!

This vacation spot is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The two bedroom condo is located in gorgeous development with pools, golf course and tennis courts. With stunning beaches, dinning and shopping all nearby. The couple who owns the condo is most corteous and polite; simply delightful! Our family will definitely come back to Heritage Bay in the future.

What a FABULOUS place!

We only get summer to take a real vacation with the entire family. We had gorgeous weather for the entire time that we were here, except the last 2 days! No worry. We watched A LOT of TV. Thank goodness for extensive cable packages. The owners do not skimp on any details. They have very fast upgraded WiFi, XBOX, bikes, and TV movies for guests who are trapped inside the condo due to weather. I am a clean freak which made this place so desirable. The condo is brand new in the Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club and it is just spectacularly furnished. Spotless and clean. I am allergic to everything and liked that there were just 2 area rugs, otherwise the entire unit was tiled and very very clean. We had a large community pool right outside the door. Our parking spot was right at the bottom of the stairwell. We were also lucky because the owners, John and Ash, of this place were just incredible - accommodating, friendly and whatever we needed, they provided to us. We love Heritage Bay and have stayed in other units, but they were not as clean (both my husband and I are clean freaks about cleanliness) and they were no where as as nicely furnished. Nothing is worse than being stuck in a unit with an uncomfortable bed for any rental period. After a day or so in the unit, John and Ash asked us if everything was up to par and okay. We asked if we could get a recliner for the lanai and within a day, there was a new recliner for the lanai. That's service! These folks use the unit themselves and so they are more than accommodating when it comes to upgrading items or providing services. We will be coming back next year, as true snowbirds, from January to April. There is so much to do at Heritage Bay that you need a month to get through it all. From the many pools, tennis, unlimited golf, to the activities at the massive clubhouse. Everyday is a new activity for young and old. We cannot wait to return and be guests at this condo again.

We fell in love with it as soon as we saw it. We knew that after months of working hard at our jobs, this is the kind of place that we would like to vacation. Our parents have also enjoyed coming to Heritage Bay because of the diversity of activities that are offered to every age group, from adventurers to chillaxers!

Florida offers lots of golf, but no one offers golf quite like Heritage Bay. 27 hole professional golf course with unlimited play (with the purchase of a social membership). Play as much as you want! 7 swimming pools, 1 which is an extra large resort style pool with hot tub. 12 Har Tru tennis courts, with professional coaches for players of all levels.
