The property’s stated maximum occupancy is 6 guests. During this reservation, we became aware that there were approximately 8 guests staying at the property, which exceeds the advertised capacity and can place additional strain on the home’s plumbing and other amenities. When the bathtub drainage issue was brought to our attention, I personally visited the property to address the issue. After that visit, there was no more contact regarding continued drainage issues. At no point during that visit or our communication was there any mention of spiders, webs, or concerns about the grass. Had these issues been reported to us during the stay, we would have been happy to address them promptly. Regarding the lawn, we have a professional grass service that maintains the property on a scheduled basis, rather than mowing after every guest turnover. We always want our guests to have a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay, and we encourage guests to contact us during their visit when something needs attention so that we have an opportunity to make it right. We appreciate the feedback and will continue working to provide the best experience possible.
