House was great for my large family. Plenty of room. Pool and gameroom a hit with the kids. Cons. Beds very uncomfortable and need some curtains or blinds in bedrooms. Too much light to sleep good.

We mostly enjoyed our stay. The pool was definitely a win for our grandchildren. The cabin was very clean and well represented by the pictures on the site. We were disappointed to have no control over the temperature in the cabin. It was very hot and hard to rest at night. The beds were also pretty uncomfortable. We were told we needed to leave a day early due to snow and road conditions but were not reimbursed any amount. We were told we would have had to buy insurance for that.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the pool and cleanliness. We apologize for the temperature and bed comfort issues. Regarding the early departure, we simply warn of impending weather and send alerts. Our messages clearly warn of weather related driving challenges and it anyone is not comfortable they can check out. It is always a choice for our guests to do so and therefore we wouldn't offer a refund. Regardless, our travel insurance does offer a refund for what you mention above. I am sorry for the confusion. We do hope if you choose us again it is a better experience.
