Three bedrooms that sleep six (the bunkbeds are for kids or small adults) and a portable crib if needed are yours to enjoy. All new appliances and luxuriant bed linens will enhance your stay and add to the easy, laid-back experience you'll enjoy in this dynamic small town. Hiking, mountain biking, fishing in heritage waters and enjoying local music are only some of the things you can do here. Minutes walking to local grocery, bookstore/coffee shop and local bar/restaurant, as well as an antiques/crafts store can fill your days and get you acquainted with the local vibe. And you can venture out to other areas of Ashe County--e.g., West Jefferson, a quick 15 minutes away--to find more restaurants, gift stores, Ashe County's Cheese Store, wine shops and outdoor gear establishments. And the New River offers numerous spots to go kayaking or tubing on the world's second oldest river.
