Make yourself at home in this historic 1950's, 3-bedroom PensaCoola retreat. We are 2 minutes from 1-10, 7 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from downtown, and 15 minutes from the world’s whitest beaches! This home boasts 2 queen and 2 twin beds, plus a sleeper sofa and reclining couches. Two main bedrooms have sound machines, all bedrooms have phone charging stations. 2 full bathrooms (2 showers, 1 bathtub) stocked with bath essentials including hairdryers. The large fully stocked kitchen includes a crockpot, blender, toaster, 3 coffee pots with coffee and a breakfast nook for 4, Dining room table seats 8. WiFi. 65” Smart TV, games and books, workstation, washer/dryer. Large deck with outdoor seating, dining, charcoal grill and a fenced yard. Listen to the songbirds during the day and the neighborhood Barred Owl's gentle hoots in the evenings. Very safe neighborhood for walking. Pets welcome. Experience what Pensacola has to offer with a stay at our charming cottage in the oaks.

Leave beds unmade. Check everywhere, under sinks, in drawers, under beds, etc, for belongings. Also check around sofas.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The bog ponds are there to admire. Please do not climb into them, damage the foliage, or chase the frogs.
Please keep doors closed at all times. Florida is very humid. We do not refund for bug sitings.
The booking guest is responsible for missing and damaged items. We ask that the booking guest check out the same time as the other guests.

We loved the small town atmosphere in the big city. Walking our dog in this community was great as there was very little traffic. We also had a fenced yard which was great. The large shaded trees in the neighborhood were a big plus. The house was very comfortable and accommodating. Our hosts were great & welcomed us with special snacks and even treats for our dog!

This was a great location for our family. Quiet, and convenient to local shops and stores. Only 20 minutes from the beach, and super clean. It was very spacious. We had all that we needed. The hosts were very accommodating and always available if we needed anything. We will definitely return!!

Charming home & Excellent Location

We used the house for an Easter family gathering with our 90 year parents. The kitchen was well equipped & stocked with basics for cooking. We especially enjoyed the large outside area. It was private & beautifully landscaped so very comfortable. We will definitely be returning.

Pensacola Cottage in the Oaks

This is a beautiful home with a covered outside patio and fenced backyard. The owners have everything you can possibly need for a nice vacation and are so accommodating for anything you may need. It has 3 nice bedrooms and 2 baths. It has 2 living rooms, dining room that seats 8 and a game room that seats 4. We had a wonderful time there. The bay is just a couple blocks away. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Very clean. Hosts were wonderful and very accommodating. They even left a wonderful surprise for my granddaughters birtday. We had a great time. Thank you so much Rick and Carol for all you did for us.

Offering complimentary items was an unexpected and appreciated blessingThis was one of the best places we’ve stayed at in our travels. Spacious and comfy, clean and bright. You really do feel like you’re at home . Our family and friends gathered for a wedding and it was a perfect place for us to come together. We enjoyed our stay very much….NO REGRETS…. There was an incredible amount of thoughtfulness everywhere you turned. It was as if someone had observed each of the four of us going through our motions and had anticipated what each of us might not only need but simply want -- and put it right where that individual might look. We had everything we needed. The kitchen and dining area were great even had a formal dining area. It was easy to get in and out of the property and it is safe to walk the neighborhood. The host were great checked to see if we needed anything and very quick to answer our questions. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. We will stay again if its avaliable.
