Reviews often mention how beautiful and cozy the home is. Its character makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a time capsule. Unlike most nearby rentals, each unit is spacious and won’t make you feel cramped. It’s also located in a beautiful neighborhood and some guests have enjoyed riding bikes through the quiet roads, enjoying the gorgeous architecture of the houses here. And just a short walk to Downtown Gainesville!

• How close are you to UF stadium?

A super quick drive of 12 minutes. 13 minutes on a bike. We’ve even reserved an additional parking spot for our guests at Grandma’s Gator House, which is half a block from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium where you’ll be able to park + tailgate on Gator Football game days. The car must be removed after the game is over - just keep that in mind.

• Is the house equipped for business travelers?

Yes! We have high-speed internet throughout the house.

Beautiful neighborhood! Lovely surroundings, close to campus. Walk to breakfasts!! We didn’t like being in the back of the house; very dark, very tired, clean but overpriced.

Gator Opener

We hastily rented this unit after a cancelation by our scheduled host. The bedrooms are oddly configured as you have go through one to get to the other. We never found the washer/dryer. The host was very accomdating and brought a new TV the day we checked in. That was very nice but it fell to me to get it on the network, logged in and ready to go. The AC worked well and kept the unit comfy The unit overall served our purpose and the host tried very hard make sure we had what we needed, she brought us flowers. Ultimately we were disappointed in the experience to value ratio. For what we paid we felt like it came up short and the Gators lost
