This historical home is one block from UTEP in the Sunset Heights neighborhood. Amenities include refrigerated air central heating and a full remodel in 2015. All bedrooms are located upstairs and each offer a view to a significant landmark of the border area. Parking is street area in a calm safe neighborhood. We are born and raised in El Paso. Small family of 4. Three of us are in healthcare myself an RN and my children nursing students. We enjoy interior designing and home remodeling.
