This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom lakefront home is set in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood offering a serene escape from everyday life. The open-concept living area features comfortable seating and views of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need for family meals. Each bedroom is designed for comfort with quality linens. The private pool offers refreshing swims with a lake backdrop. The dock provides direct lake access for fishing, kayaking, and enjoying the water. A dedicated desk area is available for remote work.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, private pool, dock, and all amenities. Self check-in via smart lock ensures easy arrival. A detailed welcome guide with fishing tips, local restaurant recommendations, and lake activity information is provided.



The Neighborhood:

Explore the vibrant attractions of Lake Placid during your stay! Known as the 'Town of Murals,' Lake Placid features over 40 colorful murals throughout the downtown area. The Caladium Festival is a major annual event. Nearby attractions include Archbold Biological Station, Highlands Hammock State Park, and the Sebring International Raceway for motorsport enthusiasts. The Chain of Lakes offers endless water recreation opportunities.



Getting Around:

Lake Placid is located in Highlands County in central-south Florida. Orlando is approximately 2 hours north, and the Gulf Coast beaches are about 1.5 hours west. Local grocery stores, restaurants, and essentials are within a 10-minute drive in downtown Lake Placid. Free parking for multiple vehicles. We recommend having a car for exploring the area. The nearest major airport is Orlando International (MCO), approximately 2 hours away.



Other Things to Note:

The pool is heated. The dock and lake access are for guest enjoyment — please exercise caution, especially with children. Life jackets are recommended for water activities. No parties or events. No smoking inside. This is a peaceful lakefront community — please be respectful of neighbors.

Better than expected

This was the perfect home for us!!! It is located perfectly between Lake Placid and Sebring!! We will be renting this beautiful home again!!

The Lakeside retreat

The house was large and accommodated 6 adults very well. The pool area was large and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials. The problem with the property was the neighbors' dogs came into yard which was frightening because they were large dogs. Other issue, the glass doors leading to pool were very hard to open and close. In general, we enjoyed the house because there was plenty of room to enjoy company and still have room for privacy.

We not having the good time we expected

Me and my family expecting to have it a good family time, but with no WiFi service to watch TV or play games was impossible, the pool super duty, Green, disgusting, nasty, we rent the house for 2 nights and we have to leave before. We contact the company to let them know and they promise to return partial payment, and we still waiting for that return. ( Never happen) We definitely not recommend this house to nobody.
