There were ants in the guest bathroom. Not a big deal but probably needs to be addressed. nice place overall.

Hi James, Thank you so much for the feedback and for your understanding. I'm glad to hear that you found the place nice overall! Thank you also for bringing the issue in the guest bathroom to my attention. With the recent heavy rains we've had, those pesky ants unfortunately tend to look for higher ground indoors. Just to reassure you, we do have regularly scheduled pest control for the home, but I am having our technician come out right away to address this specific spot so it's completely taken care of. We truly appreciate you letting us know, and we would love the opportunity to host you again in the future! Best regards,

House is in a quiet, gated community on a golf course. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable - we all slept well. Bathrooms were clean and well appointed with towels, body wash, and shampoo. We did not use the kitchen and dining area but it was clean and spacious, too.

Host was great. Amenities had a lot to desire. Pot and pan were very old Needs to have some upgrades. We went out and picked up silverware. There was no bowls. We were there a month needed to go out and replace.

Hi Kathy, Thank you so much for your kind words about the hosting — that truly means a lot. I’m very sorry to hear that the kitchen items didn’t meet your expectations during your stay. If I had known the pots, pans, and missing bowls/silverware were an issue, I would have replaced them immediately. I always want my guests — especially long-term guests like you — to feel completely comfortable and well-equipped. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I’ll be upgrading the kitchen inventory right away to ensure future guests have everything they need. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us for the month — we truly appreciate it.

This was a great place to stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The bed was very comfortable, the neighborhood felt safe and the kitchen was very spacious. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was for a lack of privacy in the kitchen or back yard. There are three homes that are within a few feet of the back yard. There are no window coverings on any of the windows except for the bedrooms. You can see straight into the other homes and of course they can see into this one. I like my privacy so this was uncomfortable for me. I talked to the owner about this and he said he’ll try to fix this issue. Other than that, this place was good.

Thank you for the review and for highlighting the comfort of the beds, the spacious kitchen, and our safe neighborhood! We really appreciate your feedback. Regarding the windows, the home’s layout was intentionally designed with an open, modern aesthetic to maximize natural light throughout the main living areas and kitchen. However, we absolutely understand that privacy preferences vary. To help future guests visualize the space accurately, we have updated our listing photos to better showcase the design of the main windows and backyard layout. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

The home was super clean, the host was able and available at any time to attend to us. The neighborhood quiet. The home is beautiful only thing is the glass windows in the dinning & living-room are see thru and no privacy at night. Other than that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HONE @ 100%.
