The host was great, and very responsive to any questions or information we needed. The location was just right for wht we were in town for, with a great price to match! We just had a small issue with the the mini-splits either being way too hot or way too cold. We did figure this out with help from the host, but it seems like all of the units need to be off and turn the unit in the back bedroom, without the tv in it, on first to be able to change between heating and cooling on any of them. Other than that, this was perfect for us!

We had a nice stay at Marina‘s place. We were in town to move our daughter to college and the location of the apartment was very convenient. We had parking in front of the house and the T and bus stops are a short walk away.The apartment is as listed and equipped with everything needed and was very clean.

Beautiful and centrally located

This apartment is on the second level of a 3 story building. It is very updated with ac units in each room. The only surprise for us was there was no living /sitting area. We enjoy gathering to watch TV after a long day of sightseeing and we were not able to do that. Otherwise, we were 8 minutes from Harvard, 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Boston Common (driving). Very convenient, very comfortable and the host was very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

OK Place

The place is convenient for anybody looking to stay in a central place near the Airport and any Public Transportation accessibility. It includes parking, although it says "tandem" in the description and pictures, it's not always available. If you have a big truck like I did, it will be a tight space. Know that this property is on a second floor and stairs are very uncomfortable going up and down. Not good for anybody with some mobility issues. The property has everything you will need for your stay. Towels, full kitchen, soaps/shampoo/conditioner available, and the beds are firm. Host is communicative and it's best to call her during your stay instead of using the VRBO app. There was construction happening right outside the back room windows and they were loud at 7 AM. Not the hosts fault but would have been nice to know before arriving to expect it.

This is a great 3 bedroom spot, 2nd floor, super clean and updated. 2 bathrooms which is appreciated with a teenage girl with hair primping routines. Marina was a very responsive host. We were in town to visit Boston University and will definitely stay here again if our teen chooses the school.
