Completely remodeled in 2024 with newly equipped kitchen, furnishings, and full-size washer dryer. Primary bedroom with King, private bath and deck access. Dishwasher, 3 Smart TVs for streaming (65" in living area), wireless Internet access. Water softener and reverse osmosis system. Covered decks with comfortable seating. Weekly only summer, three-night minimum off-season. No smoking. No pets.

Beachfront location perfect

Beautiful property on the beach, covered porch with nice furniture, beach chairs and umbrellas and home was fully stocked with all the essentials. Clean and comfortable. I would recommend this rental.

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful, spotless condo. Kitchen was well supplied. Appliances worked well. Beautiful location! Enjoyed our views. Just steps to the ocean. Our only issue was that the spa tub is virtually useless because the faucet is too small to ever fill it up with hot water. That was disappointing, but I would stay there again.

Wouldn't go back in February.

Torn sheets and dish towels. Pile of plaster dust on floor that hadn't been cleaned up. Downstairs condo could use some ceiling insulation...lot of stomping around upstairs and it was only 1 person up there. Location great

Book this property!

This place checked ALL my boxes for what I was looking for.BEACH: Proximity to the beach is AMAZING. Private access by short walkway (15-20 steps til your feet are in the sand!) also has a foot rinse spot and an outside shower.It was important for me to find a rental that allowed me to easily see the beach and zone out to the waves from the deck of the property. This was perfect! The deck is direct straight-on view of ocean and the furniture is elevated to see over the dune perfectly.The quality of the sand and water was beautiful. Soft sand and gorgeous green ocean. Cleaner than beaches like Myrtle by FAR. During our visit, there was yellow flag the whole time and was fun to swim every day (no rip current or wildlife warning flags). The waves rolled in pretty constantly, and broke right at the shoreline. Lifeguard station was a little bit (maybe 50 yards?) down the beach. This is not at all a wall-to-wall people sort of beach. You have SO much space to put up your tent and relax without people crowding you or setting up between you and the ocean. PROPERTY:Clean, updated, beautiful. EVERYTHING you need (basic spices, hand/dish/laundry soaps, TP, paper towels, hair dryer, etc). Cozy throw blankets, binoculars, 4 beach chairs umbrella, 2 boogie boards, buckets. Very comfy beds/furniture. Smooth check in/communication. Close to Publix, Food Lion. Eat at Trading Post, Circle Pizza, Sweet Spot
