About this property
Sea-clusion
We have spent three years renovating our upstairs so guests can have an affordable place to relax while visiting our beautiful city . The Sea-clausion offers two Bedrooms , open space plan and a galley kitchen for cooking lite meals . We have an instant gas hot water heater . Although you never run out of hot water it does take a min to warm up . We are three 1/2 blocks from the ocean and a few blocks from the arts district .My children and I live down stairs full time incase of any emergencies
The space
The Sea-Clusion is an upstairs apartment. The master bedroom is large in size with a king bed. The treadmill is located in the master bedroom. The hot water for the property is GAs so it takes a bit for the water to get hot especially late at night .
The Sea-clusion has its own entrance and we provide on street parking for two cars only
Guest access
Guests have their own entrance with a code lock
