The bedrooms are separated from the expansive Great Room by a covered patio as well as a very large open patio. The home has a dock and comes with a 17' foot, center console boat which is included for the duration of your stay for $500. There is also a fresh water spa pool to enjoy as well. Baycienda is located one mile south of Harbour Island and Historic Dunmore Towne, first settlement and first capitol of the Bahamas. Harbour Island has one of the 10 Best Beaches in the world according to 'Islands' magazine and is only a five minute boat ride away! Enjoy the beauty of Harbour Island without the price tag! Bedrooms totally separate from the living area make this property ideal for large families, parties, or small business conferences. The property is very private, located in secluded whale point, making it ideal for romance as well as quality time. Fishing, spearing, snorkeling, beach picnicking, turtle watching, and stand up paddle boarding are some of the activities you can do from the dock!

Your host, Mr. Jones, is a long time property owner in the Bahamas and private pilot who published the Pilots Guide to the Bahamas. He is a fantastic story teller and tour guide for all of the secret spots Eleuthera has to offer! He can direct you anywhere you are interested in going and make a few suggestions. Some of the favorites are the Sapphire Blue Hole, Preachers Cave Beach, and the Hatchet Bay Cave...Eleuthera is full of suprises!
