Situated between Arbor Vitae and Boulder Junction, this private lake home features a dock with a nearby boat launch.

HIGHLIGHTS:
Enjoy movie nights in the theater room, complete with comfortable seating and a large screen. With 4 acres of open and wooded landscape, you’ll have plenty of room to explore. Enjoy a night telling stories around the campfire or soaking in the hot tub on the deck. The lake invites you to kayak, boat, or relax by the water or around the firepit - there are 2 kayaks at the home for guest use! The home features an office and a game room with foosball, two TVs, and a bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and there is a grill on the deck. Large windows, smart TVs, fireplaces, AC, and washer/dryer.

DOG FRIENDLY:
This home is dog-friendly, so enjoy your vacation with your furry friend! We allow up to 2 dogs for $40/day (a maximum of $250 per stay). Just select the pet option when booking your stay. Pets MUST be crated if left alone. NO EXCEPTIONS. Guests are responsible for their pets while on the property, including any damage caused by them.

LAKES:
Lower Gresham Lake is a 149-acre full rec lake. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, and Walleye. We have a dock where you can tie up your boat. The boat launch is nearby and is available for a small fee. Be sure to bring your water toys and watercraft!

TRAILS:
This home is a stone's throw from 500 miles of groomed snowmobile trails. ATV/UTV riders can cover a variety of terrain in the area, from paved roads to dirt routes. Enjoy hiking in the nearby Nicolet National Forest or biking on the WinMan Trails. Check out the "Map It Vilas County Trails App" to navigate all the trail systems for any sport - snowmobiling, ATVing, cross-country skiing, biking, and hiking.

THE AREA:
We are located 15 minutes to Manitowish Waters and Boulder Junction, 20 minutes to Minocqua, 25 minutes to Mercer, and 40 minutes to Eagle River. A great central location for fishing, snowmobiling, ATV riding, biking on the trails, and ski areas! You can get to Snow River ski resort in the Western UP in under an hour!

GOOD TO KNOW:
• We do not provide firewood, but get you started with one DuraFlame log for the living room fireplace. Please only use DuraFlame logs in the home.
• There is one exterior security camera facing the driveway.
• There are stairs from the yard down to the dock.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. Travelers are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking platform on which they made their reservation. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation terms and conditions provided by the booking platform at the time of booking and familiarize themselves with the specific terms and conditions applicable to their reservation. For example, if booking through Airbnb, VRBO, , and other similar OTA sites.

When booking directly through us on our Vacation Rental Collective website a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
