Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
At the end of stay, do not wash soiled linen, towels etc. Leave on bed, my staff will collect and wash. Thank you.
Shoes transport germs, which you don't want in your house, remove shoes at the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please respect our house, treat it like your own. Don't put trash into the toilet, use one of the baskets provided.
Please, help keep germs out of our house, take your shoes off before you enter.
WE provide a gate pass to enable you to have easy entry to and exit from our house, don't lose it. The replacement cost is US$100.00, payable by you.

For example: Food courts, banks, shoping malls and major utility companies are just a few minutes' drive away. The city of Kingston is only 15 minutes' drive, and Norman Manley International Airport is 30 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

My property is unique because of the love we put into keeping it sparkling clean, developing the aesthetics of a garden to ensure a safe, relaxing, and comfortable environment. For example: Instead of putting up a concrete security fence, we establiished a beautiful verge around the perimeter and planted living plants on the inside around our house and built a gazebo with outdoor furniture adding more space for the physical comfort of our guests and installed 24/7 outside security cameras for additional safety.
