This newer classic Cape Cod home, at the end of a private road, is a quiet retreat perfect for families. Rental weeks start on Fridays.
Water views from every room. Lovely common areas create spaces for large and small gatherings. Two living areas with fireplaces, open floor plan with chef's kitchen. Large screen porch can be second dining & sitting area. Lots of room to play outside. Gas Grill off kitchen/ screen porch area for easy access.
Main level primary bedroom enjoys natural light, with attached dressing area and private bath with a walk in shower. Three additional bedrooms are upstairs. One with an ensuite bathroom, the other two share a common bath with tub with shower.
Large back deck area is off of the living areas. The deck steps down two steps to back lawn. Screen porch area also steps out on to the back lawn.
Enjoy walks along the water and through the woods. Oregon Beach just 1/2 a mile, town about 2 miles. No private beach access.
Barnstable Beach Parking pass included with rental!
