Very lackluster...
We booked this house based off the sheer size and space that we would have for our work retreat. Had lots of amenities listed and what was great was each person would have their own private bedroom and bathroom.Upon arriving, check-in was seamless and we were able to get right in at 4PM. Upon inspection, we noticed several items throughout the house were broken (furniture, missing tv's, appliances, walls were extremely dusted, carpets not vacuumed, the fire pit stopped working our last night there and the interior fire place never worked, tubs and sinks wouldn't drain, etc.) and then we noticed that there was no WiFi which was listed in the listing and a big part of our stay as we were hosting our work retreat at this cabin. I reached out several times to the Property Manager to get a hold of someone (3 times via phone call & email) and no response. We had someone stop by 24 hours later to restore WiFi for it to go out within 2 hours of him being there. I reached out again the following morning and was assured someone would stop by but no one ever came and we remained without WiFi for the duration of our stay. We were there Monday - Thursday and had WiFi a total of 2 hours. The response time was incredibly slow and I'm happy we didn't have any actual emergencies.The pictures online were definitely taken either last year or two years ago as the listing has definitely shown it's age given the amount of deficiencies in the cabin.
