Es ist alles nett und wie beschrieben. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Es ist auf keinen Fall HighEnd, aber bezüglich des Preises voll in Ordnung. Kleiner Nachteil ist die Lage direkt an der Straße, so dass es z.T. etwas lauter ist.
