Final cleaning fee: € 30,00 to be payed in cash in Euro at check in time.
A € 20,00 late check in fee will be required for arrival later than 09:00pm.
It has to be payed in cash at check in time.
Late night self check in available by access code key lockers.
The access codes will be sent after receiving a copy of the identity documents of each guest, as required by Italian authorities.
Rome City Tax:
From the 1st of January 2011 Rome City Council has imposed a nightly accommodation tax in the city of Rome.The tax is, € 3,50 per night (10 nights maximum) per person. Children up to 10 years of age do not pay. The tax is charged to anyone staying in any overnight accommodation inside the city boundaries. The fee, not included in the total rate, must be paid cash at check in time.
