Your Heart’s Domus, elegant, quite and comfortable, is located in Rome city center, a few minutes walk from Via Veneto, Piazza di Spagna, Villa Borghese or a little more for the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Navona.
In about 25 minutes you can reach Santa Maria Maggiore Church, where Pope Francesco is buried.
The apartment is located in an ancient and elegant building from the late 19th century, on the 4th floor with elevator. A cosy Suite, recently renovated, with modern design furniture.
THE APARTMENT IS COMPOSED OF:
A spacious double bedroom with King bed, a large wardrobe and a sofa or a quite large third bed. The other smaller bedroom has a single bed and a pull-out bed for two people or can become a simple sofa for a living area, according to needs.
Two bathrooms complete with sink, toilet and bidet shower, one of which only has a shower, are equipped with soap, shampoo and hairdryer. Bath and bed linen are included.

SERVICES INCLUDED
The apartment has Free WIFI with ultra-fast fiber, modern TV, individually controlled air conditioning, soundproof windows, adjustable shutters for total darkness, ultra-comfortable mattresses. The kitchenette has dishes, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric pot and also iron and ironing board, available free of charge on request.
Free parking on the street and some guarded paid parking nearby. However, being very central, a car is not necessary.

WELL CONNECTED AREA
The area is super connected. Two metros: Metro Repubblica and Metro Barberini (to the Vatican in 10 minutes), 50 m. numerous buses in Piazza Fiume; 2 bus stops from Termini Station with the Air Terminal for the airport. In the area you will find on one side, the elegant restaurant-bars of Via Veneto and the luxury shopping of Piazza di Spagna, on the other one, Piazza Fiume with shops of all kinds, from clothing to organic products, supermarkets, markets, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, laundries.

Lots of Museums and Theaters within walking distance (Museo Boncompagni Ludovisi, Museo Barberini, Galleria Borghese, Scuderie del Quirinale, Palazzo delle Esposizioni, Teatro dell’Opera, Sistina, Eliseo.

House rules: children over ten years old, non-smoking guests and no pets are welcome.

CHECK IN from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM or other times to be agreed.
CHECK OUT from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
CHECK IN and OUT from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM have a supplement of €40.00, to be paid cash on arrival, as well as on Sundays and public holidays. After 12:00 AM no check in is possible.

TAXES. The Municipality of Rome requires for each person over 10 years old a tourist tax of €6.00 ​​per night, to be paid cash on arrival. The tax is paid only for the first 10 days of stay.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: The traveler and the people accompanying him are personally responsible for any damage to the structure and things. A security deposit of €200.00 may be required, which is refundable upon departure if there are no damages.

PLEASE NOTICE - The apartment is magnificent for a couple that can have a large bedroom, living room and two bathrooms. If there more people and they wish to sleep all in single beds, please kindly mention it when booking, so that we can arrange the apartment according to your wishes.
