Large comfortable couch in living room sleeps 1. Dining table for 6 and 3 barstools at kitchen island. Outside dining on front deck. short walk to a large sport pool with a deck and plenty of seating. Pool is seasonal only: March 13-September. Pool hours are 8:00 am - 10:00 pm. Small 1 bedroom, 1 bath pool cottage. Sleeps 3 or 4 if 2 are little children. King in bedroom and a fold out floor sofa in living room. Dining for 4. Outside dining for 6 and extra couch seating for 4. There is a small basketball court, and BBQ Pits.

Great location near several dove and duck hunting leases. There are horses, cattle, cats and our dogs Tanner and Tatum. The dogs and cats are at the main house which is at the back of the property.
