Whether you're tackling the theme parks or lounging poolside, this is your space to do it all.

THE LOCATION
You're just 18 miles from Walt Disney World with Animal Kingdom as your closest park, 25 miles from SeaWorld, and 30 miles from Universal Studios — perfectly positioned for easy park days. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are all right around the corner, and Margaritaville's Sunset Walk is only 6 miles away — featuring live entertainment, restaurants, an arcade, a movie theater, Island H2O Water Park, and so much more for a fun evening close to home.

THE SPACE
With five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a half bath, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Two master suites offer privacy and comfort for adults — one conveniently located on the first floor. Every bedroom has its own Smart TV, and strong WiFi keeps everyone connected.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas keep the whole group together when you want it that way. Fresh updates throughout — including brand-new carpet, granite countertops, and updated fixtures — give the home a clean, welcoming feel. The décor blends subtle Disney magic with tropical warmth: fun for the kids, tasteful and relaxing for the grown-ups.

THE KITCHEN
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to make mornings easy before a big park day. The dining table seats up to eight, with four additional stools at the breakfast bar. And don't miss the Mickey waffle iron — a little bit of magic before you even leave the house! Keep your eyes open for Mickey details hidden throughout the kitchen, from the coffee mugs to the measuring spoons.

THE LIVING ROOM
Sink into comfortable new sofas after a long day on your feet. A large Smart TV, family board games, and a small sharing library make it easy to decompress, reconnect, and enjoy a quieter evening in.

THE POOL & SPA
The private screened-in pool and spa are the heart of the villa — and honestly, some guests never want to leave! The spacious deck has plenty of seating for lounging, and a safety fence around the pool gives parents peace of mind. Pool and spa heat are available on request:

• Spa heat: $20/day
• Both: $50/day

Perfect Big Family Getaway

Let’s start off by saying, this home is absolutely beautiful!! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a beautiful entry and a nice big living room. The Up stairs and down stairs master bedrooms (2 masters) are huge! There is also 3 other bedrooms upstairs that are perfect for the family! The kitchen is super stocked with everything you absolutely need to cook any meal. The pool and spa was a big hit with the family and kids! Perfect way to end a beautiful hot Florida day by cooling off in the big private pool outback! If you are considering this house.. GO FOR IT. The host is amazing and quick for any questions!
