The family has been visiting Cape Coral & Southwest Florida for over 15 years, and when we found this perfect vacation home for our family we fell in love. With 6 bedrooms we can comfortably host our own family of 4 in addition to 2 more families of that size when we stay there ourselves.
What makes this property unique
The house has a great sense of arrival. Combine the palm trees & the sun reflecting on the pool and wide canal, and you know you've arrived in paradise. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and it's relaxing to take a bike ride through the quiet adjacent streets.
