Welcome to your beachside retreat! This charming home features 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 1.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Just a short stroll from the pristine beach, it’s the perfect getaway for family and friends. Step inside to discover a fully renovated space with a spacious open kitchen, adorned with elegant white cabinetry, sleek black granite countertops, and all-new stainless steel appliances, including a Samsung refrigerator with an ice maker, a KitchenAid gas range, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The first floor seamlessly integrates the kitchen with a cozy dining and living area—ideal for unwinding after a fun-filled day by the ocean.

Relax in the inviting living room, complete with a SAMSUNG 50" flat-screen TV featuring Xfinity and complimentary Netflix movies for your enjoyment. You’ll also find a convenient laundry room equipped with an LG washer and dryer, alongside a half bath with a toilet and sink.

Venture to the second floor where you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed and a 40" flat-screen Smart TV. The full bathroom on this level showcases a stylish marble subway-tiled shower, single sink vanity, and toilet.

Ascend to the third floor, where a spacious loft-style bedroom awaits, furnished with a king bed and two twin beds, along with another large flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

Outside, the fenced-in yard beckons, complete with an outdoor shower, gas grill, dining table and chairs, as well as lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. After parking your car, you’ll find yourself within easy walking distance to a variety of delightful restaurants, vibrant bars, charming shops, and a grocery store—making convenience a priority during your stay.

IF THE PROPERTY IS RE-RENTED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT, AND ALL MONIES DUE HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY LANDLORD, THEN A REFUND WILL BE MADE , LESS A CANCELLATION FEE OF $200.00 IF THE PROPERTY IS NOT RE-RENTED, ALL PAYMENTS TO DATE ARE FORFEITED AND THE TENANT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY BALANCE DUE UNDER THE LEASE AGREEMENT. Couldn’t have had a better experience in LBI! House was super clean with the perfect backyard to wind down after the beach and exploring all the tastes, sights and sounds! A short walk to the beach and tons of great eats and entertainment in Beach Haven. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect cottage

Beach Haven, LBI R&R!

We had a great time staying at Linda's 205 Cottage in Beach Haven, LBI! The location and space were perfect for our family. Finn our pet Chihuahua loved it! Linda was available for any questions we had.

First time LBI vacationer

Just as advertised, just as pictured, just great. We had a most comfortable and relaxing stay. This house has everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. Beautiful backyard, great kitchen, dining, and living spaces, and a short walk to the beach. Oh, and the neighborhood is terrific too with easy walking to shops and restaurants.

Excellent Rental and Owner is Very Attentive

We really enjoyed the house and location. The decor and landscaping are lovely. The backyard is a peaceful place to sit after a long day at the beach. The front porch is sweet and cozy for morning coffee. If you have difficulty with climbing stairs (the house is older and has smaller (in depth) steps), this may not be the right rental for you. Linda, the owner, is attentive and accommodating. A great place for adults and older kids.

Amazing house, great vacation

The house was really wonderful. Very clean and comfortable for our family including our two toddlers and our dog. It was very well stocked and beautifully decorated. The backyard was great for us and for our dog. Location cannot be beat. Very easy walk to the beach even for our 2 year old. We were so close to all the restaurants, shops etc. We didn’t use our car the entire trip and went to some amazing restaurants right nearby. I agree with another reviewer that the stairs are steep so wouldn’t be ideal for someone with mobility issues but wasnt an issue for us. You won’t be disappointed by this rental!

Great week at the beach

We had a wonderful week in this house! It has all the extras you would want and never seem to remember to bring yourself. The interior and all the design touches were wonderful. The back yard and garden were a perfect place for dinner or any meal. The location is just steps from markets and shopping which meant we parked the car and walked everywhere all week. A great place to stay!

Perfect week at the shore

This house is a true gem! Beautifully restored, with wonderful modern amenities with classic charm. The front porch is the perfect place to sit and have coffee or read a book, the backyard is large and has a wonderful dining area and it's just a short walk to the heart of Beach Haven, Fantasy Island and the beach. A wonderful house that we would love to return to again!

Great Vacation in Beach Haven

We had an excellent vacation in Beach Haven. The beach was beautiful and the house we stayed in was an excellent choice. The property is close to the beach, town and really within walking distance to anywhere you want to go. The house is beautifully decorated, is clean, comfortable and is equipped with anything you need. The backyard is set up for relaxing, entertaining and is tastefully landscaped but the front porch was my favorite place to hang. We had a great time and will be coming back next year!

Little getaway with dogs

This house is just perfect. Fenced in yard for dog. Walk to everything in Beach Haven. Has a porch, which I just love. It's my second time renting with Linda, I rented one of her bigger houses last year, with more family. She is so nice and great to deal with. I know I will be seeing her again.

Amazing House - All the amenities!!

This house was truly amazing. It had everything we wanted and more! It was spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, has a great front porch and and amazing back yard with a fire pit. It was super close to the beach and town which was so convenient. It slept 6-8 very well and all the beds were super comfortable. My list could go on and on with how wonderful this house was!! Linda was great and always available for our questions. I could not recommended this house more! We will be back!

I loved this home so much that I felt the need to write my first review after years of renting homes via VRBO. Here are some of the things I loved about this home. 1. Overall: It was all brand new, beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters who brought friends and grandma visited too. Beds were very comfortable. 2. Location: Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, grocery store, markets, Fantasy Island. Gorgeous Historic neighborhood. Very family friendly. 3. Front Porch: Loved the routine of relaxing and people watching on the front porch with either morning coffee or evening wine. 4. Dog friendly: We have always struggled with finding a rental home that was both nice and allowed dogs. We have finally found this with this home!! 5. Well equipped for cooking: Anything we needed to cook was available in this home. Loved the oven, Weber grill and outdoor dining. 6. Linda: The owner was very easy to work with. We felt she did everything she could to make our stay comfortable Highly recommend this home and can't wait to return for many years to come.
