Our gated pool ensures safety while little ones play on the jungle gym and trampoline. For more entertainment, the giant playroom is filled with toys, books, and arts and crafts. Wellness is a step away with a gym, sauna, and cold plunge on property. With ample space both indoors and out, this seaside haven invites you to unwind and recharge.
The upstairs deck is complete with room for the entire family and an expansive ocean view. On clear days you have views of Catalina island!
This is a smart home with easy controls for lighting and AC for the entire home, surround sound music in every entertaining area including the backyard.
The cabana is complete with a BBQ, sink, and dishwasher.
Beach chairs, umbrella, and toys for kids are available during your stay.
1.5 miles to nearest beach, charming downtown Leucadia shops and restaurants, and close to all amenities including major big box retailers.
*PLEASE NOTE: The room with crib will be replaced with a full sized bed.
