Pool Table Usage:
We are delighted to offer a high-quality pool table for your enjoyment during your stay. However, please be aware of the following rule:

Damage Policy: Any damages to the pool table will incur a fee of $1000.

Examples of Damages Include:

* Tears or rips in the felt
* Stains or burns on the felt
* Damage to the pool cues or balls
* Scratches, dents, or chips to the table surface or legs

▶ Our professional cleaners ensure that all properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to CDC guidelines and inspected prior to each stay for safety.

LOGISTICS
▶ Check-in: 4:00 PM
▶ Check-out: 11:00 AM
▶ Personalized self-check-in instructions will be provided at 6:00 AM on the day of your arrival.

GARBAGE
▶ Residential Pickup Day: Monday & Thursday
▶ Recycle Pickup Day: Monday
▶ Bulk Pickup Day: Monday
▶ Location: The trash bins are located in the back right corner of the property behind the storage room.

PARTIES & EVENTS
▶ Parties are not permitted unless pre-approved.
▶ Unauthorized parties will result in a fine of up to $500.
▶ Exceeding the maximum occupancy due to an event will incur a $50 charge per extra guest.

PETS
▶ Pets are permitted with prior approval only.
▶ There is a $75 - $200 pet sanitation fee per pet, based on the number of pets and length of stay.
▶ The payment request will be sent during your arrival date.

CAMERAS
▶ We have external surveillance & noise monitors at the home for everyone's safety.
▶ Security cameras are located around the outside of the home.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
▶ Goodwick Hosting is not responsible for any package deliveries or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.

DISCOUNTS
▶ Long-term stay discounts are already applied on the platform when you input your dates.

PARKING
▶ Free driveway parking on the premises, suitable for 2 cars.
▶ Additional street parking available.

LAUNDRY
▶ Washer and dryer are inside the house.

TOWELS
▶ Please use towels reasonably, as we do not change them daily. Keep them as clean as you would like to receive them.
▶ If towels are stained, damaged, or lost, you will be charged the cost of replacement.

HEATER REMOTE
▶ Please take special care of the heater remote.
▶ Loss Policy: If the heater remote gets lost, a fee of $1000 will be incurred (the replacement cost for the remote is $899, so we urge you to keep it in a safe place).

HOUSE RULES
We’re excited to host you and want to make sure you have a smooth and enjoyable stay. Please take a moment to review our house rules below so you know what to expect during your visit.

1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Self-check-in available after 11:00 PM via smart lock)
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out without prior approval will result in a $50 fee, increasing by $50 every additional 30 minutes.

2. Pets
Pets are allowed with prior approval only and a pet fee ranging from $75 to $300, depending on the number of nights and pets.
We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, each no more than 45 lbs.
Please confirm the pet fee with us before booking.

3. No Parties or Events
Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved.
Unauthorized parties will result in a fine of up to $500.
If the maximum sleeping occupancy is exceeded due to an event, there will be a $50 charge per extra guest.

4. Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
Outdoor smoking is allowed but must be clean and odor-free.
If smoke is detected inside, a fine of up to $500 will be applied.

5. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Please be considerate of neighbors. Violations may result in a fine of up to $500.

6. Property Safety & Guest Responsibilities
Children are welcome, but the home is not child-proof. Supervision is required at all times.
The property is equipped with external security cameras and noise monitors.
Weapons, criminal activity, or illegal drug use are strictly prohibited.
If a house rule violation causes us to offer compensation to the next guest, you may be held responsible for those costs.

7. Parking
Please park only in the designated driveway. This space is reserved for your use.

8. Additional Fees & Penalties
Smoking indoors: $50 per day
Unauthorized parties/events: Up to $500 fine
Exceeding occupancy (due to an event): $50 per extra guest
Property damage: Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs
Intentional damage or retaliation due to a ruling by Airbnb or the host: Full liability will be enforced

9. Housekeeping & Cleanliness
Please help keep the space tidy:
• Wash used dishes
• Remove shoes indoors
• Respect quiet hours
Basic courtesy helps us maintain a great experience for all guests.

10. Grill Use (If Available at the Property)
A $40 propane fee applies if you’d like to use the grill.
Please notify us the night before so our property manager can ensure the propane tank is filled after payment.

11. Miscellaneous
Leftover items: We may leave unopened snacks or condiments from previous guests. Consumption is at your discretion.
Bicycles (if provided): Use at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries or accidents.
