Lake Front Year Round Home On Angle Pond....

In this home you will find 2 bedrooms, a loft & pull out queen sofa (sleeps 8) with plenty of storage space. Master bedroom has a queen bed with walk in closet. Guest room & loft both have double beds. Pond is naturally spring fed with swimming and fishing 21 feet from the waterfront deck. Take full advantage of the lakes only 6 foot wide by 50 foot long dock, great for swimming to 1 of 2 rafts or if you own a boat tie up to it. Hours of fun are steps away with 2 private beaches on either side of the house, great for kids. The pond has bass, pickerel and catfish for a fisherman's paradise. The yard is 200 feet long, great to play wiffle ball, badminton or just run around. Brand new Weber gas grill & 2 picnic tables. Fire pit is perfect for toasting marshmallows or sipping on a glass of wine. The property is furnished with all bedding & bath towels. Kitchen offers everything, pots, pans, keurig, microwave, crock pot, toaster, dinnerware and glassware. Living room has a queen pull out sofa, love seat and reclining chair, a 54' HD LED SMART TV & DVD player. We invite you to pack your bag and enjoy our vacation spot as much as we do!
For an additional fee have you next event with us. A wedding lake side is always special....

This place was amazing. Chris was so helpful from beginning to end. The place is wonderful and the best view and amazing to relax. Clean rooms , kitchen had everything, coffee machine and kcups . Full Size Fridge and Gas oven. And microwave. Bathroom clean. Great walk in closet.Loft where one of beds are is a ladder climb up like for a bunk bed and was perfect for my son. I even made the voyage up to tuck him in and star gaze through the window that overlooks the lake. Parking was good. Quiet neighborhood. Everything you can think of is there waiting for you that you could need.We were there for my sons graduation weekend and he even helped me find someplace local to pick up a cake. The place was clean and a perfect location to make lasting memories with your family. I have shared with others this weekend about this vrbo and how nice it is ..Thank you for the wonderful memories that we made this weekend.. I look forward to coming back another time ..

Chris was a fantastic and attentive host! The fully equipped kitchen and huge backyard were a highlight. We hosted a small wedding gathering here and he helped us organize permissions with the chief of police, and communicated with our tent rental company to make sure the set up worked for us and for his property. I would definitely stay here again!

Rustic cabin with beautiful view. Sited nicely on the waterfront property so that nearby neighbors were not in the line of sight. After the owner showed me the “secret passageway” long neighborhood lakeside walks were available without having to venture onto the busy road at the beginning of the street. Make sure to bring furniture covers if your pup is a couch potato :-)

Jim, Thank you for choosing our lovely home. But I am confused with the 3 out of 5 stars? I was as accommodating as I am with all my guest. My response time was within an hour of all your questions. I gave you a thumbs up to bring your Wave Runner & Kayaks, I gave you a 1pm check in (instead of 4pm), I said it was OK to have your sons girlfriend and daughters boyfriend stay at the house 1 month after the rental agreement was completed. that's why I am confused with the rating?
