About this property

Quiet, spacious, light filled, and close to everything

Tucked away on the back corner of our lot you feel like you are in a tree house but with all of the comforts of a brand new custom home.

The space is thoughtfully designed to maximize function and charm. It is an open concept one bedroom with built in closet, tiled full bath, pantry, and a bonus loft. There is a small deck perfect to enjoy a cup of your favorite beverage in the morning light.

Quiet heat, a/c, full size fridge, WiFi, a w/d, and off street parking spot.

We are situated close to almost everything but far from the noise of any busy streets. We are two blocks from a “go” bus line, less than a mile from downtown and the hospital, 2 miles from the center of campus, and close to the marina.

This is available as a monthly rental.
