Large terraces overlook the sea and beach with newly fitted Skyline outdoor furniture, floor to ceiling opening glass doors providing magnificent views from every room. The big living and dining areas are beautifully furnished throughout with lots of personal distinguishing touches by the meticulous owner. The large living room seats 6 in comfort. The 51 inch flatscreen TV has over 50 international TV stations. Free high speed Wi-Fi in every room.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar as well as dining table and chairs.

Two magnificent bedroom suites of 70 sqm each with huge circular showers, one with a big Jacuzzi, his and her washbasins, beautifully furnished and each bedroom and the living room having 51 inch flat screen TVs. Exceptionally comfortable King size beds with fine bedding.

The apartment occupies the entire floor of the building.

This exclusive resort of privately owned apartments has two swimming pools joined by a cascading waterfall. There is a free gym, and a Spa.

Although close to the action the apartment is on a headland overlooking Kata beach so no traffic passes by and the feeling is one of exclusivity and privacy. Kata beach is one of Phuket's most stunning beaches comprising of a horseshoe bay with white sand and the little island of Pu just 100 meters offshore.

The beach itself is just a 5 minute short walk. A fantastic choice of restaurants and bars, convenience stores, banks, ATM's machines, health and massage, watersports and everything anyone could possibly want for the perfect holiday are all within easy walking distance.

Not as Advertised

This unit and building are very run down. Not what we were expecting at all!! Waking up after one night upset about our accommodations for the next 12 days, we choose to forgo the money we spent on this unit and pay to stay someplace else! During our pursuit of other accommodations we were told on several occasions by locals that they had heard the building was very run down. The pictures in this ad though similar don't seem to be of the same unit. I did contact the owner to tell him we were disappointed and tried to be as diplomatic as possible but he was very offended and his response reflected that. The only good thing about this unit was the location!
