2 Bedroom Pool villa, walk to beach, restaurants & 7Eleven

Comfortable 2 bedroom cottage style home, in a private cul-de-sac, within 10 minutes walking distance (about 600 meters) to peaceful Kamala Beach on Phuket's west coast.

Great location. Only 3 mins (150 meters) walk to 7 Eleven, cafes, bakery, restaurants, spa, tour booking agents, ATM & vehicle rental. The amazing "Magic Carnival" (the new attraction by Phuket Fantasea) is just around the corner. This show is a must see.

Swimming pool with jet stream if you need to swim for laps. (the pool is shared between 2 semi-detached homes. The whole property land is 400 sq.m., private gated, 2 home next to each other, and our private pool is in front. This home is the right one, when you facing the house. We may have guests staying in the other one and they can use the pool as well.)

The open plan living space enters into the lounge, kitchen, and dining area in the back. The kitchen offers, double gas hobs, and electric induction hob, counter of washing sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cooking equipments, crockery and cutlery.

Outside enjoy the covered terrace with outdoor table set. The terrace is separated from the swimming pool by child-safe tempered glass fencing. The pool is 7 x 3 meters and situated in front of the semi-detached cottage (we may have guests next door that may use the pool as well) and has a jet-flow system which facilitates exercise swimming against the current.

WiFi internet is reachable throughout.

Our lovely home is located in an excellent area of Kamala. Just around the corner from Phuket Fantasea - Carnival Magic, the island's must-see cultural show. Many restaurants, a 7Eleven 24hr store, Mini BigC store, coffee shops, bakery, luxury spa, tour & travel shops, local taxi service, ATMs, massage and hair salon, as well as a fabulous twice weekly local (food and souvenirs) market, which has became another great attraction of Kamala, all within a 5 minutes walk.

Villa review

Perfect location. The only problem I had which is a personal thing is privacy. The pool is located across the property and is shared therefore from the pool you can see into both properties and if you have your bedroom curtains open everyone using the pool can see in . If two families together it would be perfect but not with strangers.the property itself is fine in a perfect location .

I arrived on January 30th, the house was in terrible condition. Everything in the house is very old, shabby, it was not pleasant for me and the children to be there.Everything is very dirty, the dishes, the stove are in such a state that you cannot touch it. I refused to live in this house. I sent you a photo and demanded cancellation. You still haven't returned or replied to me. The owner needs to update his profile photo, then people will know the truth. Add my photos.

Why they chose this property

Quiet location, yet only 5 minutes walk to Kamala, a beautiful and safe beach. Family friendly town, Kamala is cozy and convenient. Our house is within a few minutes walk to the weekend market (every Monday, Thursday and Friday afternoon) which sells from food to clothes. The pool is perfect for a dip after the fun filled day. Please kindly note that the pool is shared between 2 homes next door to each other. So there might be guest(s) next door using the pool as well..
