NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY - $750 delivery fine). This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Must respect other neighbors. Noise level must be minimal after 9pm. There is a noise level city ordinance, we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will results in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.

Very cute little place to stay. Parking was a mess but once we got it figured out it went smoothly. Was so hot in there would have been nice to be able to adjust the thermostat without messaging the owner but we made it work.

Cute and cozy

Stayed for 4 days and had a wonderful time. The cutest place and it had everything we needed. We had a situation with the parking permits but the owner was quick to help resolve the problem, very professional. I'd reccomend this place to anyone
