Minutes from FT Sam Houston, the Pearl, downtown Riverwalk, Frost Bank Center and the airport. Access 20 miles of Salado Creek Greenway Trails, 1/2 block away, for biking, running or a stroll. Close by Starbucks, HEB and neighborhood restaurants. Cozy home features original hardwood floors throughout. Each bedroom has a complete bed, two nightstands and built in dresser drawers, a closet and room darkening curtains. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a dedicated office. Kick up your feet on the comfy sectional and enjoy the 75" LG smart tv. The private backyard is fully fenced with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating. The kitchen is stocked with enough appliances to cook a gourmet meal or enjoy making a speciality coffee. High top dining table over looking the living room right off the kitchen for convenience.
