Walk-through of home with guests is done only after reservation is confirmed and on the day of check in and on check out. Guest who confirmed reservation must be present.

House Rules
This is a family home setting and is intended to be kept that way at all times. The intentions for the house rules is to establish a sense of a safe environment for guests who wish to rent the home so they can enjoy a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere feeling welcomed at this home while they are away from home. Observation of ALL house rules is expected to be followed by ALL persons occupying and visiting the home especially the person who made the reservation. This house is solely for lodging. We want you to have fun while you're here, so here are the house rules:
1. Respect the house – treat the place like it was your own.
2. Respect the neighbors - don't be loud late at night on the patios, in the driveway, or in the pool & back yard.
3. Respect the furnishings inside & outside.
4. This is a SMOKE FREE HOME, smoking is only allowed on the outside back patios and the doors must be kept closed. There is a $250.00 penalty fee for smoking in the house.
5. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS NO ANIMALS. There will be a $750.00 for breaking the Rules & Guidelines.
6. Prior to checkout we ask our guest to kindly place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and take all trash to the back of the house.
7. Total number of guests spending the night on the premises MUST be entered in your booking. After 8 guests a fee of $35.00 per guest per night, will be charge up to 14 guests maximum. There is a $375.00 penalty fee for any guest under booking the number of guest staying with them in the house.
8. Children MUST be supervised AT ALL TIMES, especially around the pool and spa. Certified life guard services are available upon request for an additional fee.
9. 100% of the cleaning fee goes to cleaning staff -- it covers basic cleaning and laundering of bedding, towels, pool and spa, NOT damages to the home, and not cleaning the Barbecue Grill, which is $20.00.
10. Please give us at least an hour notice before you leave so we can do a walk-through.
11. Walk-through of the home WILL NOT be made to anyone prior to booking and check-in. Walk-through can be arranged after booking is confirmed and on the day of check-in and on the day of checkout.
12. Rental of this property is SOLELY for LODGING, NO PARTIES allowed, whether it’s for business, vacation, family visits, and relaxation purposes. Rental of this property WILL NOT be made for any other reasons not limited to filming movies, documentaries, projects, TV shows, commercial purposes etc. ANY GUESTS OCCUPYING THE HOME OBSERVED OR SUSPECTED OF SUCH ACTIVITY IN NATURE OUTSIDE OF LODGING PURPOSES WILL BE ORDERED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND AND YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES OR ALLOWED TO RENT THE PROPERTY AGAIN.
13. Absolutely NO PARTIES or SOCIAL EVENTS allowed. IF SUCH AN EVENT IS DISCOVERED YOU WILL BE ORDERED TO LEAVE, AND YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
14. Underage drinking and or recreational drugs are NOT to be done on the premises. IF SUCH ACTIVITIES OCCUR YOU WILL BE ORDERED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND AND YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED, AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES OR ALLOWED TO RENT THE PROPERTY AGAIN.
15. You must be 24 years of age or older to rent this home.
16. Weekly cleaning service are available for guests on long stay. Please inquire.
17. Anyone seen adjusting the outdoor pool and spa equipment will be charged a fee. This is an off-limit area. Guests will be shown how to manage the pool, spa and all its features from the indoor screen panel, which is located inside the house.
18. Any Guest leaving behind after check-out decorations that they have put up in or out the house, outside the house or in the yard will be charged a fee of $ 250.00 for the removal of such decorations left behind.
19. For the protection and safety of all guest, there are cameras located outside the house.
20. QUIET HOURS: Between the hours of 10 :00 pm., to 7:00 am., there will be absolutely NO outside actives, noise, gatherings or use of the pool or spa. There will be a fee of $250.00, if found breaking this properly rule, take all activities in doors, and keep all inside noise low please.
21. Do not block neighbors driveway or the mail box in front the house.
22. There will be a FEE charged for anyone leaving; lipstick, makeup, dies from hair, body or fabric, or any staining on pillow cases, sheets and towels, burns & gum on carpet The FEE will be assessed upon walk through of check-out, or after general inspection of property. This service is not covered in basic laundering of bedding and towels.
