Happy newly renovated seaside townhome close to park, tennis and sounds of the surf. 7 minute stroll to beach or restaurants, museums, tennis. 10 minutes to the mall. 2 bedroom with LR queen sized sofa. Location sleeps 6. Upstairs bedrooms with queen and 2nd bedroom 2 full sized bunks & trundle bed. Eat in kitchen, oven, microwave. Upstairs bathroom with standing shower, 1st floor half bath. Relaxing back deck with gas grill & outdoor sand shower. 1 parking pad spot surrounded by non-meter parking. When not beach, bird or sightseeing, 55" HD TV with super fast Wifi & cable & central AC. Back deck perfect for cocktails, dining. 4 beach chair, umbrellas. Eat in kitchen with coffee pot, juicer. toaster, all dish/utensils needed for meals in or on the back deck. Towels & sheets not provided. Free washer dryer. No smoking, no pets of any type.
Please be aware: Accepting weekly bookings only Memorial Day through Labor Day, 2 or more night stays other times of the year. Cheers.

This was such a lovely townhouse. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and had all of the essentials, and more! It was an easy walk to the beach and downtown. We would recommend it to all of our friends!!

This townhome was very clean and super cute. Owners quickly responded to any questions I had. Everything is updated and lovely. It is a straight shot to the beach and easy to ride places on bikes. It was nice to have a driveway as well! Would stay again.

Great stay!

Enjoyed a lovely stay at this location over Memorial Day weekend. Home was very clean and in a great location. Had a stagnant shore home smell that cleared up after opening the windows. We didn’t realize we needed to bring our bedding and towels although it is listed in the details of the stay but Maureen helped us resolve the issue. Great stay and great host!

Great Place!

Such a great place to stay while we were in Cape May for a family wedding. The location, in a quiet beautiful residential area, was PERFECT!!! Everything is walking distance - the promenade, the beach, Washington Square Mall...even the wedding venue!Check in was so easy - the place was immaculate, more spacious than what the pictures could show, the A/C worked perfect (it was a hot July weekend!), and Maureen was an amazing host! It really was a great space! Although we were only in Cape May for a wedding, we wish we could have stayed here longer! We hope to be able to book the another stay sometime soon or next summer!
