About this property

Newly built in Devils Lake, Perfect for Fishing or Relaxing.

Newly built in 2023, this 2 suite property is conveniently located off of Highway 2, in Ackerman Valley, Devils Lake. Directly across from JD's Bar and Grill.

A combined 18’ by 27’ garage space with a living area, bathroom, and bedroom area with a sliding portion wall to separate from main area. Sleeping capacity is four (4) persons.

Suite 1 and Suite 2 can be joined together by opening a 12’ by 10’ overhead door so a larger group can all be together. Check out the Suite 1 listing also for availability.

The space
The space includes microwave, air fryer, refrigerator, coffee maker, deep fryer, gas grill, pizza oven, stainless steel sink, cleaning boards, table and chairs, two (2) reclining love seats, and tv. Sleeping area has four (4 single beds) with a 3/4 bathroom with a 4’ shower.

When you first see the listing, it does not show the true nature of this property. What my wife loved is that its absolutely spotlessly clean (white socks don't get dirty). What i loved is comfortable beds, comfortable recliner couches, and watching TV next to the truck. Our host was wonderful and went out of the way to accommodate any needs.
