Book today, Summer dates available. Located west of HWY 158 in the heart of the Outer Banks. Our guest will have the upstairs level of our home and deck space. Featuring 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Living Room, Full Kitchen, and Dining Area. Just 1/2 mile to the nearest beach access with parking, we are located west side of HWY 158 close to the beautiful sound with breathtaking sunsets. Boat access nearby for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, crabbing, fishing and more. Bring your camera as the wildlife is abundant. The Public Beach Access featuring Public Parking, Restrooms, Showers, and Handicap access. Also, just 1 block away is a children's park and playground located on Hayman Blvd. We are a Duplex with a 1 Bedroom Apartment downstairs occupied.

Each bedroom is fully furnished with linens and beds made service. Towels, microfiber sheets, blankets, mattress pads, pillow and stylish quilts are provided. We provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper in the bathrooms, dish liquid for kitchen with 2 pods for dishwasher to get you started.

Parking is available for 3 vehicles. We ask that you park on the left side 2 spaces and 1 in the middle saving the far right for the guest in the private 1 bedroom Suite downstairs.

We are a Pet Free and Smoke Free Home due to Allergies of the host. These policy's are firm.

Guest Access to 3 bedrooms, 2 baths upstairs unit - 2 Parking Spaces on the left of the driveway and 1 in the middle. Top floor Porch with seating for an quiet moment.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Overall, excellent & very clean property. Beds are excellent and we got great sleep all nights. Location wasn't the best in terms of having to get across busy bypass to access beach, and I would only recommend people ride cars to public beach access as 158 is too busy for pedestrians. Other than that, great experience.

Grecian House was an absolutely beautiful upstairs apartment! It was very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. We had a great time and it was very comfortable. I'm always a bit taken aback at how much we have to do when leaving when we pay a 225 cleaning fee. It just seems excessive when we are required to do SO much cleaning/pick up on the day we check out. It feels like a grift. My other issue is the location. The apartment is located on the opposite side of a very busy highway, so it was difficult to get to the beach. It is impossible to turn left onto the highway. We would always have to turn right, and make a quick left on a side street, turn around and then get back on the highway to go north. Also, it would be nice if Grecian House would provide beach towels.

Great Beach Retreat was GREAT!

My family and I really enjoyed the beautiful beach house. Everything was as described and photographed. Our host, Barbara was very attentive and responsive to our needs and questions. We highly recommend this property.

Our first visit to OBX - we wanted a relaxing beach vacation. Kill Devil Hills turned out to be a great choice - centrally located, close to the beach and plenty of great restaurants to choose from. The Grecian House was very comfortable and spacious. Very quiet neighborhood and close to a great walking path. Plenty of shopping in the area, so super convenient. While there is a second unit on the property, we never heard them and only saw them a few times.

This was pur first time vacationing in NC and we had the best time!Our family loved the house and would for sure stay there again! It is beautifully and tastefully decorated with super comfy reclining sofas in the living room and lots of space for our family of four.The kitchen is open and bright with a huge table that's great for family dinners and game nights. There's even more seating at the counter. The location is perfect! Just where you want to be because it's quiet but close to everything with lots of public beach access nearby. Our host was amazing and answered every question quickly! Thank you so much for a great vacation!!! :)
