We are directly on the beach! 3 king-sized plush mattresses await you along with 3 full baths, a full kitchen, full sized-washer and dryer, and a private balcony. Only 5 minutes from downtown Garden City or Surfside Beach! The complex has onsite friendly security. Book soon, from Saturday to Saturday in week intervals, or it will say Host unavailable.

I'm from South Carolina and this condo has been in my family for 30 years. I live in Charleston and love to visit Garden City, but this property can get lonely for company, if I don't share it with others!
Why they chose this property
The neighbors are a mix between renters and year round residents. It is more a family community and people here seem happy to be there at the beach. Thoughtful, helpful, happy and considerate are terms that come to mind.
What makes this property unique
Waking up to the sounds and sites of the ocean are only matched to going to sleep to the sounds and sites of the ocean! The pelicans seem to pick the 9th floor to fly right by.
