Wonderful 3/1 house from 1947, lovingly redone. Pets are welcome. Hardwood floors, Persian rugs, new stainless appliances; tile bath; washer/dryer, dishwasher. Come enjoy all the beautiful things Cameron Park has to offer; walk by the river, hike the trails, or rent mountain bikes. Downtown Waco is a 5 minute drive away, and we can recommend all the best restaurants and interesting places to visit.

Just what we needed

We stayed 24 hours in Waco for our shopping trip, and this place was perfect for our stay. Communication with the host was perfect. The house was clean and seemed to be fully stocked with kitchen items and things. We felt safe in the neighborhood. It was a quick drive to Magnolia and other hot spots.

Perfect for Baylor game weekend

Minutes from campus, nice front yard boys played football in, bunk beds for the kids. Worked perfect for 2 families. Will definitely stay again.

Just what we needed.

We were here for a quick overnight stay with our 5 kids. It's exactly what we needed. Great wifi and lots of beds. Very clean. We enjoyed the framed newspapers and kids books.

Great house for experiencing all that Waco offers

Great pet friendly house close to Cameron Park. Short drive to Baylor and Magnolia Market. Co-hosts are VERY receptive to concerns that might develop during stay.

We were grateful for the great location, next to the Cameron park and only minutes away from cool places and shopping in Waco. The house was delightfully quaint and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house was well equipped and the rooms all had adequate space. The beds were comfortable and AC worked great.

Enjoyable petite house

This was a nice little get away spot to stay. Close walk to things and enjoyable quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again. There was enough space for everyone and it was an enjoyable place for the children to stay. They especially enjoyed the bunk beds.

Perfect house

The house was perfect. It was in a safe part of town, right next to the park and zoo. I highly recommend this spot if you are coming in to visit your kids at Baylor. Much more comfortable than a hotel.

Great property for a quick Waco weekend

This little vintage house was just as described, and while there may be fancier or trendier places to stay, it was just right (and priced right) for our group of friends/young families for our quick trip to Waco for the weekend. We enjoyed grilling at the property, the beds were comfortable, and couldn’t beat the proximity of its location to the zoo and nearby Waco attractions. Thank you!

Excellent little house in a great location

We very much enjoyed this little house. Perfect for 6 of us to spend a weekend in. Very close to Cameron park and on a street that is being fixed up nicely
