Welcome to our most coveted summer spot at The BeacH House at Lake Street. The three-story Nantucket offers amazing panoramic views from the 3rd-level turret and flexible sleeping arrangements for 15 people (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). This unit is a unique space in that it allows for guests to use each floor in a way that suits their group and situation best. Included in your reservation are four parking lot spaces, a Private outdoor patio with seating for 15, and a private gas grill. Near Holland State Park and Tunnel Park.



The Nantucket is the largest of 8 units offered by "The Beach House at Lake Street in Holland, Michigan". Take a swim in the heated pool and spa, play a game of basketball or shuffleboard, or grill out on the reservable poolside patio. Each unit comes with an exclusive Golf Club Membership package including four free rounds of golf per day, access to an aquatic facility (lap pool, kiddie pool, hot tub), tennis courts, and a fitness center. Free WIFI.

FIRST FLOOR

The first floor includes two bedrooms: 1 private bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 private bedroom with a bunk bed and 1 single bed, a living area with a sleeper sofa and a bathroom w/ shower, mini bar and a snack table. This floor is perfect for those who would rather not use the stairs. Additionally, the first floor offers the added benefit of total privacy with the ability to lock off from the rest of the unit creating a private studio space with large sectional sofa and tv.



SECOND FLOOR

The second floor may also be closed off from the other floors and provides a fully equipped kitchen with a high-top bar and stools, dining table, fireplace, private bedroom with queen size bed, full bath, and living area which includes a queen sleeper sofa. This level also features a balcony with a view of the pool and the beautiful Lake Macatawa and a desk for remote work needs.



THIRD FLOOR

The third floor may be closed off for privacy from your group and/or family and offers a large private master suite with a king size bed, sitting area, a luxurious bathroom with both a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub, lots of storage and a spacious closet. The fourth bedroom is private with a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have many built-ins to unpack and feel completely at home.
