Welcome to our private attached guest suite in Frisco Hills, a quiet residential community on the Little Elm/Frisco border. The space is attached to the main home, but guests have a private entrance, keypad self check-in, and no shared indoor spaces.

This stay is a great fit for families visiting Universal Kids Resort opening July 1, 2026, golf trips to PGA Frisco, Little Elm Beach and Lewisville Lake weekends, wedding guest stays, corporate travel, medical stays, remote work, relocations, temporary housing, and extended stays.

The private bathroom includes a double-sink vanity, large mirror, bright lighting, towels, hair dryer, starter toiletries, and a walk-in shower with a built-in bench and handheld showerhead.

FREE PARKING
Guests may park on the far right side of the driveway when facing the garage, or use street parking. Please do not park in the garage, on the left side of the driveway, or block mailboxes or driveways.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
The host lives on-site in the main home. The guest suite is private and has no shared indoor spaces, but it is attached to the main residence.

The suite shares the central HVAC system with the main home. Guests do not control the thermostat directly, but we are responsive through Vrbo messaging if the temperature needs to be adjusted. Ceiling fans, portable fans, and space heaters are also provided for added comfort.

We provide a starter supply of paper goods, toiletries, coffee, and basic essentials. For longer stays, guests replenish consumables as needed.

GUEST SAFETY/CAMERAS
Your safety matters. For security, the property has exterior cameras (doorbell camera at the front entry, driveway/garage-facing camera, and exterior cameras facing the patio/fence line). Cameras do not look into any interior spaces. Cameras may record video/audio when motion is detected.
