Escape to Cape and enjoy a quiet relaxing stay in this new spacious and modern 4 bedroom (2 king suites), 3 bath home with an oversized heated pool on a fresh water canal. This home features a split bedroom floorplan and a well appointed kitchen, large island facing an airy living room which opens to the massive pool/lanai area for true indoor-outdoor living. Stay in a desirable section of Cape Coral, convenient to two airports, marinas, beaches, restaurants, shopping and gourmet grocery stores.

Enter through the double front doors to soaring tall ceilings, a gourmet fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and tile plank flooring throughout! Open the triple sliding doors to the oversized pool area and enjoy an expansive indoor/outdoor vibe of the nearly 1400 sq ft screened in lanai!

This home is equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation! All linens, towels, pool towels, and all basic essential kitchen needs are already here! Laundry is also included with pods and dryer sheets available for guest use. A pack and play and high chair are available for guest use at the house.

For security purposes, cameras are located in the following areas:
Exterior lanai area overlooking pool entrances into home (2), pool heating equipment on side of home, driveway entrance, and main entry doorbell.
All cameras are deactivated during any reservation.

Wesley is a great host and he response quickly.The house is very modern furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very good equipped. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet by the pool. We will definitely come back!

My host was amazing and very responsive to all questions. My family really enjoyed everything about this home and would definitely recommend and return again when in the area. The pool was well kept and we enjoyed the view of the pool while we sat in the living room.
