PARTIES & EVENTS
▶ Parties are not permitted unless pre-approved. Unauthorized parties may result in a fine of up to $500.
▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.

PETS
▶ Pets allowed with prior approval. Pet sanitation fee ranges from $75 to $200, depending on the number of pets and length of stay. The fee request will be sent on the arrival date.

CAMERAS
▶ External surveillance and noise monitors are in place for everyone's safety. Security cameras are located around the outside of the home.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
▶ Goodwick Hosting is not responsible for any package deliveries or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.
