The primary bedroom has an ensuite full bath and the other bedroom on the 2nd floor is right across from the second guest bathroom. Downstairs is a large den and the third bedroom and bathroom. There is also a full laundry room with wash and dryer for guests use. The backyard is accessible through then den and features a porch swing and turf play area.
