We loved the pool area and comfortable rooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The pond was busy with interesting birds and turtles. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located.

For my husband and I it’s all about the pool and location to beach. The pool and hot tub were amazing and it was about a 10minute drive to beach, you do need to make sure you leave house by 8:30am to avoid large

Heron Watch Vacation

The house was located in a nice neighborhood and the view of the pond behind was spectacular. We we close enough to the beach but far enough away to avoid the traffic on non beach days. The pool and hot tub were a definite hit. I would stay there again.

Excellent stay

We stayed 4 weeks at Lakeview and were very happy with the property. It was clean, great pool area, very close to beaches and good restaurants. We loved watching the 2 bald eagles that have a nest right behind the pool. We recommend it highly and would happily return.

Our stay at Villa Lakeview was amazing. They are located in a quiet neighborhood but yet we are within a short distance to the beach and Anna Marie Island beaches. Everything was easy to get to. The home itself was clean, the beds were comfortable , the pool was perfect, the patio was great. It was wonderful!!!

Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed the house and the fact that we had our own pool. It is a short drive over to Anna Maria Island and we found beach parking each day. Having a full kitchen and a grill on the patio allowed us to make our own fish dinners and save a ton of money compared to eating out each night. We had a great time and will be back!

Everything was great. From day 1 till day 7. Perfect location for beach days and just far enough to not get bothered by traffic and the busyness of Anna Marie. The pool and hot tub were great for just hanging out and enjoying spending time together.

My husband and I stayed in this property for a week while our son participated in the GA cup at IMG. Everything was clean. The kitchen has everything you will need. We lived relaxing by the pool. Also, this property was a 10 minute drive to IMGs fields and 10 minutes to Bradenton Beach.

Fun family stay

Location is great being close to the beach. Pool is awesome with a hot tub that gets very warm. Some minor fixes would make the stay a 5 star. Definitely bring bug spray. Being by the water, with bushes all around the property, there is a bunch of mosquitos. Our family had a great time at the stay. The owner needs to fix a couple things to make the stay worth the cost.

Great location

Location was great, just a few minutes to the beach. Property Management was very responsive and helpful. The house was nice but the furniture was a little hodge podge and some was uncomfortable. Pool and patio area was a little dingy. There are a few items around the house that could use some attention and repair. Nothing that spoiled our trip though.

We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub , one more tv in guest room-king size bed would be better, overall was very good , nice neighborhood but I’m thinking this prize was bit high, we visited our friends rental and they had even big garden fire pit and arcade games and pool table for less prize but we are thankful for we had .
