Located in the heart of Provence, this 200 m2 villa easily sleeps up to 12 persons. Large outdoor area including outdoor kitchen and 3 different dining areas. 4 bedrooms, 3 newly renovated bathrooms , pool house with toilet and shower, large and very functional kitchen in Provençal style, large terraces with shaded areas, boule-track with light for evening entertainment, large, not heated pool (13 x 6 meters) also suitable for children, safe area, electrical gate, 35 km to the beaches of St Tropez, 4 km to the beautiful village Vidauban, 6 vineyards in walking distance from the villa. Many great golf courses nearby.

* In our house, the fridge is not empty when you arrive. We make sure that there is a variety of wine, water and cold beers.

* All our guests are discounted on the most prestigious chateau in our area: domainedesferaud.com
Upon agreement, a guided tour with wine tasting is also possible.

Pease note that we only accept bookings from Saturday until Saturday in high season.

Beautiful Villa in a beautiful location. The owners were very helpful and the manager (Paul) was lovely. Paul visited a couple of times and gave us some good advice on places to visit while we were staying. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa. The villa is just perfect for a large group huge garden brilliant pool and surrounding terrace The surrounding countryside with vineyards everywhere is stunning. We had a truly wonderful time adults children and teens something for everyone.

What a beautiful villa. We drove down from North of England and the villa was very rewarding to rest and enjoy for the week. Not much to fault at all. Very spacious for our group especially outside. terrace was lovely and all paving and pool in top condition. Would happily stay again.

Villa Foncabrette - Vidauban

Huge property with a nice outdoor area (lounge, barbecue, pizza oven) and a large swimming pool! The property is completely fenced which is perfect when you bring your dog! The villa includes 4 comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms! The living area is very cosy an the kitchen is huge and equipped with everything you need! If you are lookIng for a quit place to spend your holidays in Vidauban, you will find here the right spot!

We had a wonderful stay in Vidauban! The property is beautiful, the house and kitchen were well equipped, and there was plenty of room inside and out to allow for wonderful meals and game nights together while also providing privacy and space when needed. We had a bit of trouble when checking in (the front gate had broken down the day before and the key was not in the lockbox due to the repairs), but Jostein was exceptionally responsive and had the local property manager come right over and get everything squared away. We would absolutely stay at the villa again, especially since it was private and felt rural, but Vidauban center is just down the street (with a great local market on Sunday), and we were surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, and spectacular views! The outdoor kitchen and grill was wonderful and we were able to prepare excellent meals with food from the many local markets in the area. Great villa to enjoy with friends and family!

Phenomenal Villa for family holiday

From the pre-visit to post-visit communications, all the way through our stay everything was great. Villa is well equipped to accommodate all different types of guests at all ages. Very specious both inside and outside. Great outdoor dining area with barbecue , fridge and pizza oven. And the swimming pool second to none. Very well looked after, especially considering very hot weather. Air condition in every bedroom was also a hit, again very hot summer - 38* day temp. and 20* night temp. And the cherry on top - Nicole, Property Manager looked very well after us making sure our stay was pleasant and problem free. Would recommend this property A+++

The state and owner( mr Jostein) are toppers

Heerlijk verblijf, alles is aanwezig om met een groep te kunnen verblijven. 3 Nieuwe badkamers, een gigantische keuken met alles er op en eraan. Bedenk het en het was er. Buiten een fantastische overdekte eetmogelijkheid met een lange tafel, maar ook een dubbele buitenkoelkast, wasbak met water en een fantastische stenen bbq en stenen pizza oven. Niet te vergeten het zwembad met ligbedden en parasols. Een jeu de boulebaan en een gigantisch stenen terras van 50 bij 10 meter met leuk aangelegde plantenboarders. Een groot stuk land rondom. Genoeg te doen in de omgeving, mooie stadjes,marktjes grotten, chateaus etc. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, die goed bereikbaar was toen er iets aan de hand bleek te zijn met 1 van de boilers. De volgende dag werd er gelijk al een nieuwe geplaatst. Fijn om te voelen dat de eigenaar het niet alleen om het verhuren gaat maar zich als gastheer opstelt en het de gebruikers zo aangenaam mogelijk wil maken.

Belle maison mais mal entretenue!

Personne a l'arrivée ni au départ d'où Aucune explication des appareils ménagés( Tv, air conditionné, glacons du surgélateur)que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser .L'ensemble du contenu de la vaisselle qui sont ,en plus, en très mauvais état. Les lits et la literie ne sont pas confortables. L'entretien de la maison laisse à desirer,toilesd'araignées, meubles et portes non dépoussiérés. C'est pourtant une belle propriété mais elle est négligée et ne vaut pas le prix de la location demandé . Autrement dit, nous avons du procéder à un nettoyage de l'ensemble afin de passer une semaine de vacances tant attendue avec notre famille. Toutes ces remarques ne sont pas exhaustives. Nous sommes vraiment très déçu de cette location qui semblait attirante pour passer de belles vacances avec notre famille.

We am sorry to see that you are so disappointed with your stay in our villa. We find it hard to believe that things are as bad as you described, and we are tempted to suggest that you will never be happy no matter where you go. During our 22 years of rentals, we have never had any guests more complicated and demanding as your group. Our house manager received 15 phonically during one evening over details that most people would be able to find out by themselves. Even in the early communication when I replied in English, I was instructed to translate it for you. When I politely suggested that you should use google translate, I was told that it could be my job! I do not know what kind of beds you are used you from Belgium, but our beds and linen were all new in 2021/22, so I find your reviews hard to believe in.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben in diesem Haus 2 schöne Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat gut funktioniert. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist alles gut zu erreichen. Hier herrscht eine tolle Ruhe, genau das hatten wir gesucht.

Ein Paradis in der Provence

Die Villa ist ein Traum! Vor allem der Außenbereich mit seiner großen Terrasse und dem herrlichen Swimmingpool haben uns begeistert. Wir haben eine Woche als Großfamilie mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern hier verbracht. Allein die lange Tafel, an der alle bequem Platz gefunden haben, war einfach wunderbar. Selbst ein Regentag konnte man in diesem schönen Haus ohne Probleme verschmerzen. Nachts konnten wir den Sternenhimmel bewundern. Vielen Dank an Jostein, den außerordentlich sympathischen Gastgeber für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation und den tollen Tipp mit dem benachbarten Weingut. Eine echte Entdeckung!

Tolle große Villa mit Pool

Tolle Villa mit großem Pool und toller Außenanlage. Ist schön eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Anzahl der Schlafzimmer ist in der Beschreibung etwas widersprüchlich. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer. 1 x 2 Doppelbetten. 1 x Doppelbett + Stockbett. 1 x Doppelbett. 1 x Doppelbett + Einzelbett. > 13 Betten. Das Ein-und Auschecken war total einfach. Tolle Städte und Winzer in der Umgebung... Rundum zufrieden. Wir waren im Juni dort und hatten es mit einige Schnaken zu tun. Also Mückenspray nicht vergessen.

Tolle Villa mit mega schönem Außenbereich

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa in Vidauban. Für uns mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern war die Größe des Hauses perfekt. Vor allem haben wir den mega schönen Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool sehr genossen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Räume sind alle klimatisiert. Der Vermieter ist einfach toll! Immer erreichbar, sehr flexibel und sehr freundlich. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass man recht lange Wege hat, wenn man etwas unternehmen möchte. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder

Nice accomodation which recently has been renovated. Bedrooms all equipped with airco and lovely swimmingpool. The BBQ place outside is great and we’ve been using it a lot.

Sehr sehr gut und weiter zu empfehlen.

Great and very relaxing stay in Provence

We stay there for 2 weeks, 3 families with children. The place is very quite and relaxing, the exterior part is super: big swimming pool, petanque, barbeque and wood owen. Highly recommended and for sure we’ll be back if we have the chance to stay again in the region. The owner by email and the persons on site managing the check-in/out and all you need are lovely and always available for everything. Thank you very much!

We looked at at least 10 properties before we bought this one. Perfect and sheltered neighborhood. Great layout of house / garden. The outdoor area is unique and needs to be seen!

What makes this property unique

The presentation, the location, the privacy and the area in general. 2 of the 3 bathrooms are new in 2015 and built with the finest materials available. The third bathroom was refurbished in 2020.
We are constantly developing the property and are changing the french doors in 2021.
