Small apartment with Murphy bed, on gravel trail, right up hill from Whistling Springs and Sugar Creek. Apartment attached to our garage, beautiful deck over valley and sunrises. 2 burner induction cooktop, apartment size fridge. This shares garage wall, not attached to our main living area. Smart tv, Starlink WiFi. About 8 minutes to Pea Ridge, 20 to Bentonville, Roger’s, and interstate 49.
